June 13, 2008 - Oekakiart.com is under the process of being remade and we are disabling draw and upload access until the new site is up. (Upload and draw access still works on our older boards, however.) O-mails and comments still work so feel free to message each other. When the site is remade, ALL BOARDS will be deleted and you will have to go through the application process for remaking a board. If you currently own a board, please tell us in your application when oekaki board creation is up.

You will need to make a NEW OEKAKIART account. This currently works and can be done so on our front page (http://www.oekakiart.com) so please register as soon as possible in order to get the username that you want. We have user profiles, mailbox, and a shout board working and we are currently working on the board creation system.

OekakiArt Intermediate Board Rules

If your images are not up to par they will either be MOVED to the board where they should be or they will be DELETED. No questions asked. Please remember that this is an intermediate board, so we are expecting thoughtful art that has had a lot of work put into it.

-If you do not spend at least 30 minutes on a picture drawn here then it will be deleted.
-Please don't spam these boards. All spam will be deleted.
-Adult content is allowed, just remember to adult your images if they have non-artistic nudity or excessive blood and gore in them.
-Safety saves are allowed, just remember to complete your image(s) within a week or they will be deleted.
-Upload access is not given on this board.
-Be nice. This isn't a place made for bashing or flaming. Crits are allowed, but there's no need to give rude crits.

It might be a bit too simplistic for advanced 'cause there's no backround and no shading aside from on the face.

Your style is very cool though and I dig the colour choice.

What didn't come out right? I love virtually everything about this. She seems so artsy, with the short hair and the splotchy background. And there's something so cute about her body shape -- and her face. =D Just sw00t.

The flow of her hair and the folds of her clothes are awesome. Her eyes contrasts greatly with her skin tone :D Cool speech bubble :P

I really love the hair! :0 You might just want to add a little more shadow to the hair as a whole, not just strand by strand. Other that that, it looks great!
