June 13, 2008 - Oekakiart.com is under the process of being remade and we are disabling draw and upload access until the new site is up. (Upload and draw access still works on our older boards, however.) O-mails and comments still work so feel free to message each other. When the site is remade, ALL BOARDS will be deleted and you will have to go through the application process for remaking a board. If you currently own a board, please tell us in your application when oekaki board creation is up.

You will need to make a NEW OEKAKIART account. This currently works and can be done so on our front page (http://www.oekakiart.com) so please register as soon as possible in order to get the username that you want. We have user profiles, mailbox, and a shout board working and we are currently working on the board creation system.

Please send me any o-mails if you have questions or comments.

Just an update to let you all know that the new board is coming a long nicely and should be open to the public in just a few days! The only thing we're doing now is fixing up the template to make it look real nice.

SO! With the help of Allie's friend, we have a NEW TFS set up on our own server. I'm eventually gonna purchase a domain for it, but for now we have to wait till the kaki is outta review, then we will make it ALL NICE AND FANCY and set up for everyone to use. So bear with us as we make the transfer!

Yes, the new tfs is coming along nice (:
There will be some changes that some people wont be used to but time makes everything better!
When we are done with templates and such we will link everyone to it but right now it's best if we keep people from posting and such.

Also, Shnell the max upload size there is 500000 bytes so uploaded things that were made in photoshop or another program other than oekaki or mspaint might be denied.

So, here's whats up. (or what I've gathered.)

The reason we lost all the pics after last Thursday was because Kameloh (Oekakiart creator.) did an oekaki rollback, which is when they clear all data.. almost like a time machine, past a certain point, to save bandwidth. Like, I'm pissed. Thanks for the warning Kameloh, thanks a lot.

I've seriously had it with this server... I really have. NOW he's like, busted the oekakis and leaving everyone in the dark and not explaining whats going on. I've sent him an email but he hasnt replied. (its been like 3 days)

either way, im pissed, and if i can figure out how to get this oekaki on my own server, even if i have to pay for it, i will.

sorry for the troubles. ALL of the oekakiart oekakis are like this right now, not just TFS. so if you draw a pic, just screencap when you're done and upload it as a png. :

I'm pissed off too, he's a sucky admin and this is why I HATE oekakiart.com.
Whenever I send him e-mails and shit he never replies either, they need a WAYYY better administrator team.
Funny how he is 'so busy' yet he has time to post ridicules little memos at the top of the oekakis like "orphan art law!! watch out for charact0r teftz!!fsdjhgjsd"
